These terms govern your use of Pixeldrive. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Pixeldrive is agent storage with a CDN. You (or an agent with a write key) upload files, organize them into projects and folders, and get CDN links and an optional JSON listing so a website can render them. Image optimization is available on Pro.
Pixeldrive is not a private vault, encrypted drive, or backup product. Do not upload secrets, credentials, or anything that must stay confidential.
You need an account to upload and manage files. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you use Pixeldrive for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You keep ownership of the photos and other content you upload. You grant Pixeldrive a license to store, copy, transcode, cache, and serve that content so the product can work — including delivery through our CDN and public API.
You confirm you have the rights to upload the content and to let us serve it publicly. That includes permission from people who appear in photos, and licenses for any work you did not create.
Every upload in a public project is written to public, unencrypted object storage. Anyone who has (or later finds) a file URL can fetch the bytes. Turning off a project or folder share only hides the JSON listing. It does not encrypt those files or take them off the CDN. Cached copies of an immutable URL may keep serving until the cache expires, which can be up to a year after you delete or replace a file.
Private projects store files in a separate encrypted-at-rest bucket and serve them only through expiring signed links. That is access control, not zero-knowledge encryption. Do not upload secrets or anything that must remain unreadable to Pixeldrive.

We may remove content or suspend an account if we believe these terms are being broken, or if we are required to by law.
Free and Pro limits are described on the pricing page. Pro billing is handled by Clerk. Fees are charged in US dollars unless the checkout says otherwise.
We can change plan limits or prices with notice on the pricing page. If you stay on a paid plan after a price change takes effect, that is acceptance of the new price. Unused quota does not roll over, and fees are not refunded except where the law requires it.
We work to keep Pixeldrive up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, a specific uptime, or that CDN caches will purge on a particular schedule. Features can change as the product evolves.
You can stop using Pixeldrive at any time. Delete files and projects you no longer want online before you close your account. We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms, goes unpaid, or creates risk for the service or other users.
After termination, public URLs may keep working until objects are deleted and caches expire. Sections that should survive — including your content license for copies already served, disclaimers, and liability limits — still apply.
Pixeldrive is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be error-free, secure against every threat, or fit for a particular purpose. Because uploads are public by design, we do not warrant confidentiality of your files.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Pixeldrive and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost data, replacement hosting costs, or indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Pixeldrive in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you were on the free plan.
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. If a change is material, we will try to notice it in the product or by email.
